PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE

Temple Beth Israel has now proudly entered its fourth decade serving the Jewish community on Longboat Key and beyond.  The dream of its founders to create a congregation devoted to prayer, study, cultural enlargement and social enrichment has evolved into an active institution whose worship, education, social action and outreach initiatives have earned it wide respect and appreciation. 

I am very proud to serve as Beth Israel's president and am excited about the Temple's future growth and development.  I am grateful for the congregation's presence on Longboat Key and the valuable role it has played as a spiritual home and community center.

As we move forward in the years to come, I encourage our members to become even more involved in Beth Israel's activities and extend an invitation to others to share in its life by joining our Temple family.  You will reap many meaningful and rewarding experiences through affiliation.  

May Beth Israel continue to go "from strength to strength."
